On February 21st, we launched a new podcast called Shareable, a show recorded at the intersection of people and technology. We explored the pivotal moments in our guests’ lives where a person, technology, or both had a profound impact on them, forever shifting the direction of their career and life. And on May 31st, our first season has come to an end. 😢 BUT we'll be back soon with a whole new season, and we're trying something different. Also here's the link to the survey we mentioned. Please take a moment to fill it out, so we can make the show even better.

THE GUEST BECOMES THE HOST. THE HOST BECOMES THE GUEST.

This is Now You Do Me, where we switch roles and let our guest become the host and ask us anything they want to.

Enjoy.

Shareable listeners! This is the final episode of our first season! Bart Mroz and John Suder are here to celebrate this milestone with us! Today's topics of discussion are Jeff's entrepreneurial journey, hypothetical chicken slaughter, the advent of social, e-commerce, and all the other trains of thoughts crossing tracks between these guys. And don't worry! There is more Shareable to come! We're taking a short break for the month of June, BUT we're coming back in July with lots of new ideas and episodes! One final thing, would you like to help us take Shareable to the next level? Yup, we need ya to fill out a survey, so we can make the show even better! Finally, we want to thank you all for listening and supporting us during our first season. We love you, and we can't wait to bring more podcasts to your ears.

Hello Shareable community! It's hot this week in Philadelphia, and this episode is even hotter. It's the first episode recorded in our new podcast studio! Woo! And if you caught us on Facebook Live, then you know who's on this week! It's Bart Mroz! If you missed it, don't worry you can hear the whole episode right here and if you'd like to get the full picture watch us on Facebook. Bart Mroz is a long-time friend of Jeff's. He's the co-founder and CEO of SUMO Heavy, a digital commerce consulting and strategy firm. Bart is a serial entrepreneur, the founding partner of multiple consulting companies, and a thought leader who has been published in top eCommerce publications including Internet Retailer and AdExchanger. In this episode, Bart and Jeff dive right into technology and how it's advanced their lives and careers. Bart shares why having a bad boss was one of his most valuable lessons, and how his grandma influenced the way he treats his employees at SUMO Heavy. You definitely don't want to miss this episode. And shoutout to Alex Hillman for coining the acronym that everyone needs to internalize, "JFDI." THX, Alex.

Hey listeners! TGIF! We've got a short Now You Do Me with Jason Falls as your host. Jason and Jeff get into middle school tropes, being the class clown, growing into yourself, letting go of being the next Knicks Point Guard or Quentin Tarantino, and going all in. We love these quick peaks into Jeff's mind. Take a listen and enjoy this lovely image. Hello Shareable listeners, it's already mid-May! It's our 21st episode! Jason Falls is on Shareable! Jason Falls is a digital strategist and sought after speaker with a unique focus on conversation data. He's spoken in seven countries and on three continents. He also consults with large and small companies on digital marketing. In his spare time, he's engineering a startup called The Conversation Research Institute, which conducts market research for companies by analyzing online conversations and social media. Jason is a noted early adopter and influencer in the social media marketing space, who's speaking resume dates back to the mid-2000s. He loves the Pittsburgh Pirates; holds season tickets for his local pro soccer team; has two awesome kids; and describes bourbon as his spirit animal, plant, and mineral. Today, Jason and Jeff talk about the path to success. They link ego, humility, likability, fear of the unknown, and communication skills back to their own successes. They also share gripes about changing technology and their willingness to adapt, while remaining up-to-date. This episode hits on key anxieties that we all have about achieving success. So if you're feeling anxious about any of these things, take a listen from two dudes that have been there.

Shareable listeners, you probably could have guessed this, but we brought Amy R. Brooks back to host your Friday morning Now You Do Me. Today, Amy and Jeff talk about why Jeff wants to write a book, the value of reading, shitty first drafts, ideal readers, and other tips on how to write a book. Again, we're recommending listening to this one if you've been stuck trying to write your book because who doesn't want free advice, right? And if you felt the podcast chemistry between these two and want to hear more of their conversations, Jeff will be appearing on a future episode of Amy's podcast: Voice Pen Purpose, which we will add into the show notes once it's published.

May 8, 2017

Hello Shareable Community! We're here at our 20th episode, and we brought Amy R. Brooks on to celebrate this milestone. Introduced to us by good friend of the show - Doug Sandler - Amy is a writing coach for established entrepreneurs who are ready to expand their brand by writing a book that shares their message. She hosts the VoicePenPurpose podcast for first time authors, offers consulting and publishing services, and will be hosting writing retreats in Costa Rica beginning this summer. Amy is the author of three books and has co-authored, ghostwritten, and published many more. We couldn't have wished for a better 20th episode! Just in the first five minutes, Amy and Jeff exchange writing tips that have already impacted how I, the producer, think about my writing process. They talk about writing rituals, tips, tricks, processes, productivity, and strategies. So if you've been stuck trying to write the great American novel or anything else for that matter, you don't want to miss this episode!
